Michael Keaton is an American actor and producer best known for his performance in the film "Birdman. An actor with a variety of talents, he's adept at playing comedic as well as dramatic characters. Alongside romantic roles, he also starred in action films and thrillers. He was attracted to performing and acting while the age of his teens and attempted stand-up comedy as a young man. Although his stand-up show did not go well, it helped in the development of his acting. Not able to achieve success in the field of comedy, he picked on a position as cameraman for a TV cable channel. It was while working there when he realized he actually wanted to be on camera. Then he landed a TV role, appearing in several seasons on Mister Rogers Neighborhood. The actor had natural talent and was a huge hit on television. He had great goals, and made a move into film and gained fame for his comedy parts. For Tim Burton's Batman in the film, he portrayed the superhero of the same name. He grew as an actor in the years to come and then ventured into the production and direction worlds. In 2014, his performance as Birdman garnered him many awards and nods.
